How do I join my gym on BrightCore?
Your gym must invite you first. You'll receive an email with an invitation link to create your account.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen. We'll send you a password reset link by email.
How do I buy credits or subscriptions?
Go to the 'My Pass' page in the app to purchase credits or manage your subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel a class booking?
If your gym allows cancellations and credit refunds, you can cancel and receive your credits back. Check your gym's cancellation policy.
What happens if a class is full?
You can join the waitlist! You'll receive a push notification when a space opens up.
Where can I see my credit balance?
Your credit balance is displayed in the top right corner of the main page.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription yourself through the 'My Pass' page.
My payment failed, what should I do?
First check your credit card details. If the issue persists, contact your gym owner to check their payment page, as all payments are processed through Stripe.
I can't complete waiver signing, what now?
Waivers are set by your gym and must be completed before booking classes. If you're having trouble, contact us for support.
